Edit: this was before the renovations and management that occurred in Mar/2025. Have not been back yet since the update. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their dimsum - we enjoyed ourselves and our favourites were the rice roll and the egg tart dishes. Happy to find a good dimsum spot in the area! We came on a Sunday around 10am - no wait at all for the two of us. We were quickly seated and service was decent. Lots of parking on side streets if you can’t find any directly on Main. This restaurant is in a small plaza which makes it a little harder to spot.

Great, no frills authentic Cantonese food restaurant on Main street. Food was good and served fairly quickly. Service was friendly and quick. Price is quite reasonable as well.

Haiyi Seafood Restaurant is a great choice for dinner, especially if you’re looking for fresh seafood. The live tanks give plenty of options, and dishes like lobster, crab, and steamed fish are cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Portions are generous and ideal for sharing family-style. Service is quick and attentive, and the dining room has that lively, authentic Cantonese feel. A solid spot for a satisfying seafood dinner with friends or family.

Great experience at renovated restaurant. Enjoyed lemon meat triangles and noodles. Street parking a block down. Came again with friends and enjoyed same dishes. Also shrimp tart and spring rolls. Beef short ribs a bit chewy. Back again and enjoyed lemon meat triangles and noodle dishes. Had vermicelli with bitter melon, beef and black bean sauce. Came and enjoyed everything including lemon triangle and noodles. Halibut did not have much meat though. Came again and enjoyed beef chow fun, eggplant with beef, friend rich, sweet and sour pork
